Diversity Management in Multi-ethnic Societies
The office of the High Commissioner on National Minority (HCNM) engaged Propulsion Fund’s team to produce a 60-100 second ‘explanimation’, i.e. a short animated film, which will present core messages of the Ljubljana Guidelines on Integration of Diverse Societies to broader public. The Ljubljana Guidelines cover different set of measures that promote integration of society and provide guiding and advice to OSCE participating states.
In terms of audio-visual treatment, the film has been narrated through visually appealing, strong images. Sound effects and accompanying music were carefully chosen to follow the story and narration, in order to be impactful, with strong and direct messages, engaging the audience and creating a buzz around the issue.
